Contributions to Consensus Advisory and Guidance Reports
As an invited expert and advisor, Dr. Frey contributed to the formulation of reports from authoritative scientific advisory organizations including the Science Advisory Board of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Research Council of the National Academies of Sciences, the Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, National Greenhouse Gas Inventories Programme of the Inter-Governmental Panel on Climate Change, the World Health Organization, and others. These activities promoted the transfer into broader practice state of the art scientific methods, some of which were developed and demonstrated by Dr. Frey and his research collaborations.
